Positive: Majoitus vastasi tarkoitustaan. Talo oli rauhallinen. Yleis siisti asunto. Negative: Pikku asiat kaipaisivat uusimista. Oven lukko ei meinannut aika ajoin toimia.

Positive: Sijainti oli hyvä, parkkeeraus viikonloppuna sujuvaa, Itäkeskus ja 24h Citymarket vieressä. Sovelluksella kirjautuminen ja lukkosysteemi näppärä. Negative: Huoneisto oli vähän epäsiisti ja roskainen. Tyynyissä ja peitoissa tahroja. Varattiin viidelle, neljälle oli pedattu. Etsittiin itse kaapeista viidennelle petivaatteet, tyyny ja pyyhe.

Toimiva huoneisto itäkeskuksen kyljessä. Positive: Asunnon sijainti hyvä ja saavutettavuus erinomainen. Tilava huoneisto. Negative: Asunto olisi voinut olla hieman siistimpi ainakin jääkaapin osalta, joka ilmeisesti oli joltain osin epäkunnossa.

Positive: It wasn't too expensive. The flat had a great view Negative: The flat looked nothing like the photos. It is run down, for example the sink unit was falling apart and had water damage. The check in system was less than ideal, we needed to wait until someone opened the main door to get into the building and then mess around for 20 minutes to get the lift and door to open.

Great value for money in Helsinki Positive: Great apartment near the metro station of Itakeskus which has a mall with supermarket and restaurants. There is also a direct bus to the airport from this station. The apartment was spaceful with comfortable beds, complete kitchen, table and chairs for everybody, washing machine, couch and tv. Negative: The only thing I didn't like is that they ask you to either clean the apartment yourself you pay an extra 39€ of cleaning fee during the check-in. You should obviously have the good sense not to leave dirty dishes and a mess behind you, but cleaning everything was a bit much... It's important to note that getting in for the first time required a phone with internet access.
